• Coverage: Coverage for Title Agents, Title Opinions / Certifications, Title Abstractors / Searchers, Closing / Escrow Agents, Signing Agent / Witness Closer, Notary Public, Public Records Searchers, Corporate Documents Searcher, and Flood Zone Certifications.
• Limits: Available Policy Limits start at $250,000 / $250,000 (per claim limits / aggregate limits) and go up $2,000,000 / $2,000,000 (per claim limits / aggregate limits).
• Deductible: To meet the needs of all insureds, policy deductibles range from $1,000 up to $100,000 per occurrence.
